What you need to know before taking the exam?

1. Understand the Exam Structure: The CELPE-Bras is divided into two parts: written and oral. It's crucial to understand the format of each section and practice specific skills for each one.

The written part includes four tasks covering various language skills, such as listening comprehension, image comprehension, and writing, to be completed within 3 hours.

Tasks include responding to video, audio, and written text stimuli. Audio and video stimuli are presented twice without interruption.

The oral part involves a 20-minute face-to-face interaction with an evaluator, divided into two stages.

The first stage includes a planned conversation based on participant-provided information, while the second stage involves discussing general topics using visual prompts. Overall, the oral section assesses oral comprehension and production skills.

This structure ensures a comprehensive evaluation of Portuguese language proficiency through diverse tasks and interactions.
